Place the books in order
After finding yourself in a serial killers cabin your group must figure out the first puzzle based on objects in the room starting with a book set against a mirror.
Steps:
Look at the book in the mirror to reveal a message that says to line up the killer’s special books as well as a code word: SEVER
Find the books that all look similar and put them in order to form the word SEVER using the first letter of each title.
Once correct a drawer will pop open with the next clue which is a pair of severed hands with different colored fingernails.
open the fireplace secret passage
After solving the final puzzle in the cabin room you get the combination to a secret passage.
Steps:
After reading the killers diary and hooking strings on the board according to his diary entries you notice they make numbers.
Enter the numbers in the lock on the fireplace in the order that they appear in the diary.
The fireplace will swing open like a door/crawlspace into the next area…the boiler room.
